Will BUHARI Ever Accept Things As They Are? Blames Security Officials For Yusuf’s Accident.

President Muhammadu Buhari is reportedly unhappy with his security officials, for allowing his son, Yusuf, leave home at 8pm on Tuesday for power-bike racing.

Yusuf was reportedly racing with a friend when in an attempt to overtake a vehicle, he skidded off the road, sustaining injuries that made him unconscious.

The president’s only son was taken to Cedarcrest Hospital unconscious and doctors have been battling to stabilize him.

A source told THISDAY: “The president was at the hospital on Wednesday night. He was very devastated when he saw his son, Yusuf, in a very critical situation. He was shaking his head, while looking at his son and thereafter angrily reprimanded his security officials for allowing Yusuf to leave home at that time of the day for power-bike racing.

“From the way the president spoke, it appears the security aides are in trouble. He spoke angrily. The Minister of Interior, Lt-Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau (rtd); his FCT ministry counterpart, Alhaji Mohammed Bello; and the Senate President’s wife, Mrs. Toyin Saraki; stayed throughout the night of Tuesday till Wednesday at the hospital with Hajia Aisha Buhari.

“While the doctors were working to stabilise him, Dambazau kept appealing to the doctors to do everything possible to stabilise Yusuf, saying the president would find it very difficult to bear the pain if anything happens to his son.”

What Would Have Been An Unpardonable Mistake And Sin Against God Would Have Been To Foist ATIKU On Nigeria” – Olusegun Obasanjo.

With 2019 BREWING, things are beginning to spring up from various quarters and bombs are being released in the form of information to discredit some of those in the race.

Information reaching us has it that the former president of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo’ s remarks about his former deputy Alh Atiku Abubakar who is amongst those in the presidential race is not so pleasant.

Below is an extract.

“From the day I nominated Atiku to be my vice, he set his mind not for any good, benefit or service of the country, but on furiously planning to upstage, supplant or remove me at all cost and to take my place. That was what I brought him for, but he was impatient and over-ambitious. He was not ready to learn and to wait. His marabout, who predicted that despite being elected as governor, he would not be sworn in as a governor, which happened, also assured him that he would take over from me in a matter of months rather than years.
All his plans, appointments of people and his actions were towards the actualisation of his marabout’s prediction. Once I realised his intention and programme, I watched him like a hawk without giving any indication of what I knew and letting down my guard. I could not succumb to the distraction, diversion and malevolence of an ambitious but unwise deputy.
The work in hand was more important than a confrontational relationship with my deputy, a man over whom I knew I had far more experience and outreach in all matters. To alert him of what I knew he was up to, would only lead to lying, denial, more mischievous plans and more duplicity on his part.
He was better managed that way. What was important was not allowing myself to be surprised or outmanoeuvred by him. I must always seize the initiative and know what was going on if not in his mind, but at least in his camp. That I did very effectively.”
“Sometime in the fourth quarter of 2004, an associate of Atiku came to my residence at the Aso Villa from Atiku’s official residence. He felt uncomfortable and I tried to make him feel at ease. Then, he settled to tell me the story of what had just transpired in Atiku’s residence. I listened with rapt attention. He went on to say that Atiku told him that for him to become the President of Nigeria, the 2007 elections were only a formality.
The seven ingredients he needed for his enthronement were already in his hands. He controlled the National Assembly because both the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives were in his pocket. He controlled twenty-eight out of thirty-six governors. He had control of the media. His influence over the judiciary was overwhelming.
What he needed was foreign endorsement and for that he had employed two lobby groups in the US and one in the UK. And finally, the money for the elections was in his purse.
When the man finished, I thanked him without passing any comment. The man was surprised at my reaction and asked, ‘You have nothing to say to these?’ I said that I had nothing to say and I immediately called my ADC, Chris Jemitola, to play a game of squash with me.
On our way to the squash court with my ADC, I said, ‘People at times make plans and leave God out of their plans.’ My casual remark struck Chris and he said, ‘Sir, that was a profound statement.’ I said that I made the statement because of what I had just heard of Atiku’s plan. I was not convinced he had put God in his plans.
Atiku was confident and God was laughing. Most of Atiku’s ingredients soon started to fall out of place one by one.”
“Atiku thought I was powerless and had no clue about the execution of his plan with his group; part of his attack on me was for national chairman of the party to give the first salvo, then other things would follow as his grip on the party would be firm and consolidated.
That salvo came in the form of a letter to me from the chairman of the party, Audu Ogbeh, who had fully defected with (Iyorchia) Ayu to Atiku.
The letter, which was not the product of any issue or matter discussed with or at any party meeting, came suddenly. When I received it, I could read the sinister intention behind it.
I spent that night writing my reply and I sent it in the morning. My reply was clear. I wondered why Atiku and his group did not realise that with my reply, the battle line was clear or maybe they thought that the seven ingredients would remain intact to the end.
My assistants had moles within the Atiku group. Anything that they planned would be reported. That was the case after Ogbeh’s letter. They decided that Ogbeh should appear remorseful and come with the National Working Committee to apologise to me. It was not from their hearts, but to lure me to a ‘killing ground’.
All pieces of information that were reported were verified because it would not come from only one informant.
Timely information is a very important principle of war and also of politics. In politics, just as in war, what matters is not just your plan, but knowledge of your opponent’s plan. Knowing their plan, I had the choice of playing along with them or being firm, I chose the latter.”
“Atiku’s propensity to corruption, his tendency to disloyalty, his inability to say and stick to the truth all the time, a propensity for poor judgement, his belief and reliance on marabouts, his lack of transparency, his trust in money to buy his way out on all issues and his readiness to sacrifice morality, integrity, propriety, truth and national interest for self and selfish interest………’I also stumbled upon a damning report of inquiry carried out on Atiku’ – I asked one of my predecessors why he did not inform me of how bad the report was and he said that he thought I knew.  He said ‘this was a man I wanted to dismiss and jail but for the intervention of Shagaya and Shehu Yar’Adua.’……And knowing all that I discovered about him, what would have been an unpardonable mistake and sin against God would have been to foist him on Nigeria”.

With this piece of information being made public about him, what future awaits his political ambition?

Words Are Powerful And Must Be Deployed Exceptionally For Pursuing The Cause Of Good……….

I just realized that I had preemptively and unconsciously written, made speeches and recorded videos into the unfolding present with a deep gaze into the near future, about who I am, what I am about and what I believe I can do, going through my archives dating as far back as 2008 when I reluctantly joined Facebook debuting with a report of my encounter with the violent stark darkness and the reign of terror brought upon my hometown of Abavo and her Good people in Delta State, Nigeria by a little tyrannical brat in rogue dysroyal costumes who occupied their revered Ancient throne illegitimately as their king and an extended beneficiary of the 1991 Royal ascendancy fraud now being fiercely challenged in court that derailed our over 1000 years old ascension pathway to place the people’s royal crown on the wrong head.

With enduring peace now in Abavo and the tyrant effectively attenuated and incapable of ever again tormenting the people of Abavo, I celebrate my first official Christmas since 2012 with a vision and hope for a better Abavo while opening myself to new opportunities to selflessly serve humanity through advocacy and via providing an alternative approach to the horrendous political representation that has serially failed Nigerians from the Delta North Senatorial District at the Senate since 1999.

“Open Access” upon which the SmartAjaja4Senate campaign runs, is an all-encompassing capacity-building and utilization, cash-free, people-driven and non-partisan “ability, competence, good contents of character and excellence-driven” political ideology defying boundaries of ethnicity, and retrogressive unconstitutional zoning formulas that has come to stay.
I appreciate all those who have followed my work for years including those with critical views of the positions I had taken on local, state and national issues and those who have just joined them, for every contribution they have made till date and will make as I continue to unravel and evolve.

You made me even smarter than I could imagine.

How I Bounced Back From Health Crisis Looking Better Than Ever- Buhari

Even presidents have to deal with illness from time to time. President Peter Mutharika of Malawi, Former President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe, Angola’s José Eduardo dos Santos and President Muhammadu Buhari have had health scares, but they’ve all come out stronger on the other side!

Many Nigerians are stunned by the transformations in the health of the Nigerian president as he looks refreshed and healthy each day since his return from medical vacation. President Muhammadu Buhari on Christmas day revealed the  reason behind his healthy looks.

“I am very grateful for taking time out on a very important day to come out and spend it with us. It has been a tumultuous year, I am thinking I am 75, I thought I was 74, but I was told I was 75, I have never been so sick, even the 30 months civil war I was stumbling under farm of yams or cassava but this sickness I don’t know but I came out better, because all those who saw me before and when I came back said I look much better, Buhari said at his official residence at the Presidential Villa, when he received the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Mohammed Bello who led a small delegation drawn from the christian community in Abuja to pay Christmas homage to the President.

According to him, while as an army general he could give orders, the sickness had forced him to take orders from doctors, hence he is looking good and better.

“But I have explained to the public that as a General I use to give orders, now I take orders the doctors told me to feed my stomach and sleep for longer hours that is why I am looking much better.”

According to the President, the need for good neighbourliness cannot be overemphasized, especially now that maintaining peace has been confirmed to be much more economical than prosecuting war.

“When I was elected my first trip was to Chad, Niger, Cameroun and Benin Republic, if you are in good terms with your neighbours then you can make some savings for development, but if you start fighting your neighbours then am afraid the resources you have you will lose it in trying to be very clever, so I try to be very close to my neighbours both individually and nationally.
“I thank you very much for being very good neighbours, including the one on my left (referring to Senator Philip Aduda).

“I thank you very much for coming and making all the sacrifice because today is a crowded day for me from early in the morning until maybe the following morning with the family and friends and neighbours and one thing I learnt to respect is good neighbourliness both at individual and national level.

Buhari who admitted that the outgoing year 2017 would go down in history as a really tough one for Nigerians, said that he felt the pains the citizens must have been going through.

“It has been a tough year for Nigeria and I hope next year will be a much more prosperous one but those listening to the press are the majority of us, the rainy season was very good and some states have got very good information from home, I never knew that the people from Kano who are more resourceful used to go to my area and hire farms, this year nobody hired farm, and nobody regretted it.

He prayed that the year 2018 will bring with it greater prosperity and succour, even as he expressed satisfaction that majority of Nigerians took to his advise and embraced farming as a means of livelihood.

“Again, the second one from the Governor of Sokoto state said all the people that really used to go to Mecca are farmers but he didn’t tell me if they took additional wives. But I am very pleased people have gone back to the land with very good harvests and taking their priorities and the good thing about farming is if you don’t put your hope on neighbour, hope on the government, once you pay your debt nobody ask you what you do with the balance and nobody ask for interest this is one good thing about farming.

“But other things I think the burden will be on my neck, I thank you very much for coming especially the religious leaders, I am very pleased you are doing your best from the intelligence I am getting to make sure that people live as good neighbours and good Nigerians”.

Earlier the FCT Minister,Mohammed Bello revealed how the administration averted a crisis that would have resulted in a bleak Christmas for the residents of the federal Capital Territory.

He said some youths in the Bwari Area Council, a suburb in the FCT clashed in the course of celebrating the Christmas.

Bello said it took the timely intervention of security operatives in the FCT to put the situation under control, adding that such was the leadership feature which the Buhari administration has been providing in Nigeria in general.

The delegation who paid homage to the President  were drawn from the National Assembly, represented by Senator Philip Aduda, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, some members of the Federal Executive Council, FCT judiciary, Council Chiefs, Council Chairmen in FCT including some political leaders in the FCT.

MATTERS ARISING: Magu Not Removed From Office As EFCC Files Fraud Charge Against Innoson’s Boss, Brother

LAGOS—THE Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has filed a fraud charge against Mr. Innocent Chukwuma, alias Innoson, his company Innoson Nigeria Limited and his brother, Charles Chukwuma.

The charge was dated November 30, 2017, and filed at a Lagos High Court.

In the case, the EFCC is accusing Innoson of obtaining containers of motorcycle spare parts by false pretences between 2009 and July 2011 in Lagos, ‘with intent to defraud’.

The goods, said to be property of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, were allegedly obtained from Mitsui O.S.K Lines Limited in Apapa.

The anti-graft agency claims that Innocent Chukwuma and Charles Chukwuma, “with intent to defraud, induced the staff of Mitsui O.S.K and Maersk Line Limited to deliver”, to them through their clearing agents, the motor cycle spare parts, moulds of spare parts and steel structures and raw materials, called polyvinlchlorid, imported from China.

The charge said the accused falsely pretended that they were authorised by GTB to clear the goods and take delivery of them.

EFCC had on Tuesday arrested Innoson in Enugu, stirring some controversy that the arrest bore some ethnic motive and that the agency should not have waded into a dispute between GTB and the businessman.

Central to this was the story that the parties were locked in a dispute over illegal deductions from Innoson’s accounts by the GTB, with Innoson claiming that the bank was indebted to him and his company to the tune of billions of naira.

In press and TV interviews, he said he had got judgement at both lower and appelate courts and that the GTB has an appeal at the Supreme Court.

GTB responded tersely that it would not join issues with the businessman as the issues between them are in the court.

The EFCC in releasing Innoson on bail Wednesday, explained that he was arrested after he refused to honour invitations by the commission.

He had been arrested by the commission before and granted administrative bail. But he reneged on the bail and his surety could also not be found.

The agency said Innoson and his brother, Charles Chukwuma (who is still at large), were being investigated by the Insurance and Capital Market Fraud Section of the Commission’s office in Lagos over matters bordering on N1.47 billion fraud and forgery and other infractions. He was also alleged to have used forged documents to secure tax waivers.

“Unfortunately the industrialist resisted arrest and stirred controversy by bringing six truck-loads of thugs to block the entrance to his Plot W1, Industrial Layout, Abakaliki Road, Emeni, Enugu, home.

“His unruly thugs encircled and manhandled operatives of the Commission who had gone to effect the arrest.

“Consequently, a distress call was sent to the commission’s Enugu Office for reinforcement.

‘’In all of this, the commission’s operatives acted with decorum and civility.

“No one was manhandled or assaulted by the EFCC team, and not a single shot was fired, despite the provocation.”

Meanwhile, Chairman, Presidential Advisory Committee on Anti-Corruption, PACAC, Prof.  Itse Sagay,  has described as untrue speculations indicating that acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mr Ibrahim Magu, has been removed from office.

Sagay described the speculation as wishful thinking.

Speaking with Vanguard, the chairman of PACAC said: “I am certainly not aware of it and it is untrue. It is certainly untrue, he has not been removed.”

He, however, said peddlers of the rumour of Magu’s removal are those who want corruption to thrive in Nigeria.

“It is the rumours of those who wish corruption continues in this country and who want corruption to thrive. It is wishful thinking, he has not been removed,” Sagay said.

Aisha Blasts Muhammadu Buhari; You Are Such A Hypocrite, Fire Yourself As Minister Of Petroleum And Get A Competent Hand To Be One!

Aisha blasts Buhari over fuel scarcity, failed economy

Aisha Yesufu Co-convener of Bring Back Our Girls Group has blasted President Muhammadu Buhari over his ill performance as a president.

Aisha who made reference to Buhari’s tweet in 2015 blaming former President Goodluck Jonathan for fuel crisis called him a hypocrite

“Dear President Muhammadu Buhari @MBuhari your tweet below says it all about your hypocritical stand.

“Your tears, words, tweets were never about Nigeria but about your need to come & enjoy the perks of power.

“You have failed as the Minister of Petroleum & more so as the President. She tweeted

The BBOG co-convener said the president has failed as a minister of petroleum for turning deaf ear to the lingering fuel crisis situation officially.

According to her, President Buhari is swayed by power therefore ‘lacking in wisdom, integrity and values despite his age.’

“What type of President are you? You have not had the decency to address the Nation on the crippling effect of the fuel scarcity that many are suffering. You may have Kano people in your pocket you sure dont have the rest of us there.

“At your age one would have expected you have seen it all and not be swayed by the temporary insanity of power but alas age does not mean wisdom, integrity, values and character.

“So what has happened now that is different from 2nd March 2015 when you made that tweet during fuel scarcity? That you became President? What a shame! Power that is transient? Somebody was there before you and somebody would be there after you. What’s the big deal

“People are suffering and all that concerns you is the fawning you get and revel in the access to Presidential jets and pictures of you in overcoat with your incompetent sycophants toeing the line

“I don’t blame you i blame the timid, docile and irresponsible citizens of Nigeria that would fight themselves on the queues at the filling station instead of coming to Aso villa to fight you. Shamefully I am one of the citizenry. Be warned one day we would no longer take it!

“Your impunity and arrogance of treating the people of Nigeria with disdain would definitely come back and haunt you when you see yourself alone without the sycophants

“Lee Kuan Yew is your mate. Nelson Mandela is your mate. They spent their years as leaders thinking about the next generation and building legacy. You are spending your time thinking about the next election while enjoying bagpipes and ceremonial welcome. What a waste!

“Nigerians cried over killings and molestation by @PoliceNG you turned deaf ears. Fuel scarcity you equally have turned deaf ears. We are counting! We would remember! Its a debt we would not forget. Our day to turn deaf ears too would come God willing!

“Mr President the first thing you should do about this fuel scarcity is to fire yourself as Minister of Petroleum and get a competent hand to be one, that’s if you would recognise competence even if it hits you in the face! she added.
